This was my first time renting a dumpster. Called this company as they had a location near by house. Online ordering went great including email communication. My rental went smoothly. When I had a few questions, Denise was helpful in explaining everything. Will recommend to others and definitely use again. Thank you for the great service.

After pricing around, Roll off dumpsters had the best price and you could keep it for 21 days — at least a week longer than any other company I had researched. In addition, the accurate price was given instantly online. At about 4:30 pm on a Friday, I put an online request in for a 10 yard dumpster, asking for it the following day. I assumed it would be delivered on Monday. I don’t live at my new house yet so when I showed up the next morning at 10 am, I was shocked to see it already there and in the exact location that I had requested. The pick up went just as smoothly. I put the request in online and the following day it was gone.

Roll-Off Dumpster Direct delivered the dumpster on time and set it down on a convenient location of our driveway. We kept the dumpster for 3 weeks. We are moving and cleaned out 2 garages and an attic and removed some unwanted household items. All in all the service and communication was professional, courteous and on time. I would use Roll-Off Dumpster Direct again.

Met Jason, one of your company drivers, yesterday as planned to have the dumpster removed from the address below. He was the same driver that delivered the dumpster back in March, and is extremely good at what he does! The road he traversed to get to the property was not the easiest to navigate with a rig as large as the one used to haul roll-offs, but he accomplished it perfectly, and remained positive and cheerful throughout the delivery and pick-up process. Kudos to Jason!!
Our experience has been an excellent one with your company and ALL those we have dealt with, from Joe who dealt with our inquiry about bringing in a dumpster to our remote location, to order placement, to follow-through, to reminder emails, to billing, to arrangements for delivery, to delivery and placement of roll-off, to arrangements for pick up, and the pick up itself.
