We know that dumpster rental isn’t always the most appealing business, so we decided to mix it up and write a post about a wonderful restaurant we recently delivered to.  Pupuseria Morazan is a Salvadorian restaurant that can be found in Brentwood, MD, just outside of Washington, DC.

Salvadorian cuisine is related to the cooking of the Spanish people and often includes a lot of corn.  The most widely recognized dish is called a pupusa, which is a thick corn tortilla filled with cheese, pork, and refried beans.  Obviously, there are other variations, but this is the most common.

One reviewer of Pupuseria Morazan said, “When friends come to visit, instead of going into the city for an overpriced, parking nightmare, we take them for some authentic food and Corona’s at the quaint red and white checker table cloths.”

All in all, it sounds like this Pupuseria is the real deal when it comes to Salvadorian food. For more reviews and directions to the restaurant, check out their page on Google+.
