Dumpster Rental Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard rental period is 21 days. We will let you know if a different time period applies to your order. There is a rental fee of $25 per week after 21 days.

You may cancel or change an order by calling 888-885-2048. Please have your order confirmation number available when cancelling or making changes. A trip fee of $100 to $150 may apply if the delivery driver is already en route.  

Yes, you need to let us know when to remove the dumpster.  We do not automatically remove the dumpster at the end of the included rental period.  You can schedule removal online or via telephone (888-885-2048).

You may order an additional haul by calling 888-885-2048. Additional haul charges equal to the amount of the first haul will apply.

Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids.

Nothing can be sticking out of the top of the roll off dumpster.

Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer.

The price of a dumpster rental includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for the selected roll off dumpster and the agreed upon disposal allowance. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Payment can be made online or over the phone.

Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be billed for the additional costs associated with that disposal per the terms of the agreement.

Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy. Before placing any heavy materials in your roll off dumpster, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact us at 888-885-2048 for guidance. Under no conditions should a roll off dumpster be loaded above the fill line, even with light material.

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a dumpster available. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a roll off dumpster is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.

Please check with your local municipality. Permits are often required for dumpsters.

It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the roll off dumpster. The driver will use his best judgment and place the roll off dumpster in the safest accessible area. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal, the customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the roll off dumpster on the scheduled pick-up day. If the roll off dumpster is inaccessible, the customer is subject to additional pick-up charges.

It is recommended to allow 4’ of clearance on all sides of the dumpster to assure adequate clearance.  Please refer to our Dumpster Selection Guide for dumpster dimensions.

The trucks used for delivery, plus the weight of a full roll off dumpster can be very heavy. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with 4′ x 8′ sheets of plywood. The customer affirms that any right of way provided by customer for the roll off dumpster is sufficient to bear the weight of all roll off dumpster equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire roll off dumpster placement site. We shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.

Yes, your dumpster will have a hinged back door that will swing open.
